BJP delegation reaches EC, demands removal of Hazaribagh SDO

Ranchi: A delegation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led by Sudhir Srivastava met Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar and submitted a memorandum demanding the removal of the Hazaribagh SDO. Sudhir Srivastava said that Hazaribagh SDO Ashok Kumar’s posting is done in Hazaribagh repeatedly.

Ashok Kumar was also transferred to Hazaribagh in the Lok Sabha elections. Later he was removed and now he has been made SDO of Hazaribagh again. Ashok Kumar is originally a resident of Simaria in Chatra and his residence is in Inderpuri, Hazaribagh. Why they are repeatedly posted in Hazaribagh, that too before elections, is an important topic.

Sudhir Srivastava said that information is also coming that Ashok Kumar is working at the behest of the government. He is not working as an office-bearer but as a worker of a political party. The delegation also included Pushkar Tiwari.
