According to the Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of rain in Ranchi, Godda, Sahebganj, Pakur, Dumka, Deoghar, Jamtara, Giridih, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Khunti, Saraikela-Kharsawan, West Singhbhum and East Singhbhum on October 23. There is also a possibility of thunderstorms and lightning in these districts.
